They are read together — the Terms of Service is the master agreement, and the other documents are incorporated into it by reference. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Subprocessors

Data Deletion Instructions
Updated May 12, 2026Step-by-step instructions for operators and end consumers on how to request deletion of personal data we hold. The URL we submit to advertising platforms (Meta, etc.) for their User Data Deletion requirement.
How they fit together
- The Terms of Service is the master agreement. It governs your subscription, the Service, fees, intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
- The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you and your end consumers have.
- The Data Processing Addendum is the binding addendum that governs our processing of personal data on your behalf, including the EU SCCs, UK Addendum, and Swiss adjustments for international transfers.
- The Acceptable Use Policy is the conduct policy referenced by the Terms — what you may and may not do with the Service.
- The Cookie Policy is the cookie inventory referenced by the Privacy Policy.
- The Subprocessors page is the live list referenced by the DPA. We give 30 days' advance notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor.
